Mods have the power to interpret the rules as they see fit in a situation, if youd ont like what happened, you act responsible, and contact the mods that punished you, or you go tot he admins, other than that, you are out of luck, now grow up man...this is just stupid.

i think as a community we should be able to hear the conditions that were set for him. i don't think someone should be banned for talking too much whether it be in general or nations forum. as long as i have been here i have never seen warbeast use profanity in any of his threads. that can't be said about everyone.

WARBEAST was known for using multiple accounts in his previous times. Unlike other minor infractions, multying is a permanant ban. Althought, for the pleasure of the community, after WARBEAST had been banned for a while, I decided to unban him under certain conditions.
The conditions were as follows:
1. Do not insult/curse at/threaten administration.
2. Lower the number of posts you make. There's no need for 500 threads when they're all about the same subject.
3. Do not advertise for other sites.
4. Obey the moderation team at ALL times.
He personally insulted me and FS in chat, never lowered the quantity of posts, still advertised for his friggin flyaceshigh and disobeyed the moderation team numerous times.
We, the mods, waited and verbally warned warbeast VERY often, but it seems he thought he was some kind of god and that he wouldnt not get banned only because the community loved him.
Well look at where it lead him. Warbeast, I unbanned you because I thought you'd be able to adapt, but for any reason whatsoever, I could've banned you back since you werent even supposed to be unbanned so please stop saying this is unfair. You were FULLY aware of all this and just wanted to act like a cunt to me. If you make other accounts, we'll get you IP banned.

I was in chat for part of the conversation. sal told warbeast to remove the advertisement from his siggy,warbeast said something along the lines that he would if everyone else was made to. Then i left the chat.
Since i dont have any forehand knowledge about the game's history with warbeast or with advertising for other sites..ive no two cents to add other then the above information. :)

I agree with what Tarsonis said on the privacy, it is really noone's buisness why he got banned, but frankly warbeast is a prick(sorry for the insult, but its true) but thena gain so am I and so are many other people here, but concidering that he had been caught cheating and allowed to come back under certin conditions, that didnt seem all that strict to me, i think he got what he deserved.

Sal on a power trip? lmfao! He was previously told (not by me) to remove his siggy and he did not. I didnt BAN him for that, I WARNED him for that. But he had already 2 warnings for other infractions.
There's no reason to discuss this, I verbally warned warbeast for things I didnt like about him, but in not way were those set as actual warnings. The warnings he currently has are from warnable infractions related to the TOU.

just putting in my 2 cents:
warbeast is without a doubt, one of the best characters at NN. he creates alot of the fun at this site. i personally enjoy his company at NN as im sure others do too. i enjoy reading his puzzled forum topics, and messages. i like the whole "pay tribute...muhahaha" thing. he has major influence on the game. point is, NN is slowly dieing. banning warbeast for petty reasons isnt going to make the site better. the society makes up NN...not the other way around.
i know posting this is irrelevant because mods/admin could care less and probably wont change their minds, but i figure there is a slim chance that all these people posting "free warbeast" will at least get acknowledged.
AK, unfortunately, this HAS happened already. We all bi*ched LAST time WARBEAST got banned, and it resulted in his unbanning, with the aforementioned conditions. He negated these conditions and made himself out to be all powerful, and untouchable. Therefore, the moderation team probably felt it necessary to make an example of what happens to people that disregard the rules set out for them, be they the normal ToU or a contractual verbatim set between mods/admins and users. This case has been set. Sorry to say it, but WARBEAST should just sit out of NN for his ban time, which should be reasonable seems as his infractions were minimal, and then come back and adhere to the rules.

Warbeast is in a special category of his own,i thought at times i was sneaky and underhanded.....but he is the true spartan of this game.
He uses all tools available within this game.....and created some new ones.Overall he is good for this site.....think i have settled down abit(aside from the x clan jacking *grins*).
Seems thou,that the elder members of nations are the biggest pains in the butt.....probably because we get bored easy(i dont know).
It is what it is,and we must except the mods and admins choices in caring for this site......not to be harsh about it,but if it makes you that upset.....you can always just leave the site like others have done in the past.Think about it guys,other avenues exsist with the warbeast thing.Create a petition and just leave your thought on it.....without finger pointed and in a level headed and mature way and you may be pleasantly surprised with the end result.

I just wanted to point something out.
Remember the reason of why Warbeast got banned ‘having a sig with a link to another game’.
Well, 5 days after it was pointed out that a mod (Vodka) has the exact same thing (and frankly has been doing it for some time) and 5 days after sal was going to talk to him, that nothing has changed.
Anyway, just wanted to point out that the rules are still only applied against people that Sal doesn’t like.

I remeber banning WARBEAST for being annoying, and I don't see how it's so wrong to do so. This site is privatly owned, it's like a bar. You can bann someone from your bar for being annoying. No one but the owners should have a say on this case.
