I think he knows that. He just said his estrogen is high.
Way to go telling people in an online forum that you're developing breast tissue. No, that doesn't make you gay, just hilarious.

actually men who gain weight often gain fatty tissue in two places, the belly and the breasts. so for the breasts, it might just be fat. for the hormonal thing, i dont know what age you are, but it could be sexual maturity kicking in i think. sometimes it happens later for some than for others, it doesn't make you gay necessarily. for the moodyness, its been more or less proven men have a sort of pms like women. but as far as i know it hasnt been proven to be real.
my two cents

Are you a sinner? Lawl.
If you believe in sin, you believe in a higher power (such as God). That higher power, under your belief system, created you as well as all the other biological processes in the world. Therefore, it was his/her/its plan for you to have a defective endocrine system.
In summary: you're not a sinner.
Are you gay? No one really knows how homosexuality "develops" (as far as I know, anyway; I don't really care since I'm not gay kthx). It could be, and most evidence supports this, wired from birth. What causes this during fetal development could be many things. We shall assume that homosexuality is a defect in terms of evolution, since, while it does not make it impossible, it leads to markedly lower reproductive rates. Therefore we can say that homosexuality results from something going wrong during development. It could be due to increased exposure to and/or production of estrogen. That said, your elevated estrogen levels would have to have been present since birth for this theoretical cause of homosexuality to have caused your theoretical "case" of homosexuality. It's pretty easy to tell if you're gay or not.
So basically: no, your elevated estrogen levels haven't made you gay.
Elevated estrogen doesn't mean you're less of a man. You still have testosterone. It could be at normal levels, or it could be below normal levels. There is a wide range for these things. Also, your estrogen levels probably shot up because of your self proclaimed training. You see how many body builders have tits. Many chemicals we come in contact with daily also have an effect on hormones, particularly estrogen. The recent BPA "scandal" was over the effects of chemicals that leech from polycarbonate (made from bisphenol a). These chemicals do something that screws up estrogen levels. Some of the effects (in rats, mind you) from high exposure levels include: urinary tract changes, breast changes, and, at high, high levels (but below USDA guidelines for exposure...), reversal of normal sex differences in the brain.
Please note: I have no idea what I'm talking about. I stopped taking biology in grade 10. My hormone levels, afaik, are normal. I'm not defending anything here, just pointing out what seems logical.
To touch on some other stuff you've said...
Some people think there are two puberties...
One at 10-20 (big range...average is like 12-18 I guess?), and one in the mid 20's. Your body isn't done when you hit 18. I don't know if anything backs this up and I wasn't actively searching for this so I didn't look much. You can try Googling it if you're concerned. I would advise talking to your GP, though. The Internet is a very poor place to do health research.
Also, why, of all places, would you post this on NN? Unless you don't care what other people on the Internet think (good for you, but I know it's not true!), you're taking a big risk. Not that you care about my opinion, but you're lucky I decided not to just laugh at you, and instead posted the only decent post in this thread. At the very least, post on a medical site. But really, you should talk to your doctor about this. I mean, obviously you have a bit, but you need to actually tell him what you're worried about.

Hah, while I was finding a different proxy, another decent post emerged!
i'm not an expert in the domain, the only knowledge i have in endocrinology (study of hormones) is the ones i had in my second biology class, so i cant say much. periodical hormonal disfunctions (cant think up of another word, but like... when they go haywire and crazy) shouldn't be out of the question i guess. maybe you're training too much, or maybe just one part too much or not enough. it is NOT uncommon for men to grow a small pair of breasts during puberty and such. hormones are a very weird thing and can affect you're body and mind more than you think.
maybe you could have the very rare XXY genes, but it is almost impossible to have those, and you would have already been diagnosed with it if such was the case. also watch your diet. too much fat or not enough is not good. weird to say but an all veggie diet, might not be good for everyone. and its not because you train a lot no fatty tissu will build up. you have to keep in mind genetics (i.e. if your family has been obese for 3 generations, it may become partly genetic, like in my case, i'm not obese, but i probably never will be thin because of my genes, and trust me, i watch what i eat as much as possible)
as for the girly attitude, dont go around yelling you're gay. i can be pretty girly too at time and i tend to just joke around with it. and i'm not gay. i don't have a girlfriend but thats besides the point :P
but like i said, i'm far from being a specialist, if it concerns you a lot, the best thing to do is consult a doctor. it may be/lead to health issues

Breast development during puberty should resolve within like a year or two. I don't have personal experience with this because I luckily didn't grow them (something like 10% of the population does, though) because I'm thin (unlike above poster...haha fatty). Nataku is like 20, right? I think the stage where they'd occur happens around 15. Again, I don't know. GIYF
If you think you're acting feminine, it's probably because you're concerned that's how you're acting. If you're thinking "omg omg am I acting like a girl?!?!?~~~~^^" all the time, you're going to be analyzing everything you do. You're going to think that things that are perfectly normal are you acting feminine. Elevated estrogen levels, as far as I know (little), do not cause behavioral differences unless they're uber high. Whoever checked them would have noticed this and done something, because more serious health effects would have to be dealt with. Obviously the person who checked your levels isn't overly worried.
XXY...are you balls the size of peas? No? You're safe.
