Beta keys are made specifically for your computers or if your a Blizz Con person xD

Beta keys are not Computer Specific, The System spec submission is merely to help Blizzard Narrow issues down to specific hardware/software configurations, determine if you meet the proper specs, and allow for a broader range of environments. If you really need a key you can purchase one on e-bay for around 50$ last time I checked.
