I'm 'officially' coming back next round, but I'm actually starting to play right now. I want to have tech alliances in place when the next round starts.

I research in 4's, regularly in the top 50(at least I was when I played 1-2ish years ago), and I expect the same from my tech allies.

Im looking for another techie, i get in the top 50's but next round ill miss 2 weeks of turns. but if you want to offer me an tech alliance, its up to you!
