Whats the percentage on attacking players before it tells you to stop picking on noobs.... or stop attacking the leader.

Whats the math on the tech research so i can stop spending 5 mins on randomly hitting buttons till one of them works.


Also,

Can we skip the whole research limit until the player hits a set tech score... Like 50 or something.


I mean really... its annoying.

so add up all researches / 4 and you cant research above that number?
