What are they equivalent to. I went from th 1.4million armor to the custom and it seems like my armor went down a bit. Dying a lot faster.

And the Vip (v4) how does that rank?

The VIP Customs are the best weapon until you can afford to buy either the Flak Cannon or the Portable Yamato Gun. The VIP v4 is for an upgrade system that Tom never implemented. As for the monsters killing you more often, the game is a lot harder overall. The best armor is the Goliath Mech Armor V2, which acts as an Energy Shield as well as blocking 75 damage. Hopefully I have answered your questions.

Additionally, as a VIP, use your customs for the first few levels to save you some money.

I'm not sure I seen shady answer this so... the adamite armor is better than customs, it might not say it, but it absorbs half damage, or whatever.

Multi cannon is also better than a custom weapon I believe.

As for armor, the custom armor doesn't absorb 1/2 damage, so at higher ranks Best is goliath, 2nd is adamite, 3rd is energy shield. Only then comes the custom armor.

but the problem is u cant change ur armor at anytime without selling the current armor. if only this game have an inventory where to store all the items then this will be a nice game to play...

The coolest part of customs is having color and fonts added to your stuff.
