Is the limit 2 accounts per person or 2 accounts per IP?

I'm asking because 2 of my friends just started playing at school. So does that mean I shouldn't log on at school or..?

Terran Legacy has been reset, 12 new ranks have been added, and over the next few days we will be adding new weapons, armor, items, and monsters. For the first 120 days, There will be a limit of 2 accounts per IP.

I'm pretty sure that certain cases will be questionable... IE - Cruzader and LagunaCid

I'd suggest asking Jon yourself.
