The cash flow at high ranks is insane. I'm only a Commodore and I make millions per life. The secret is not to heal. Ever. Just deposit your money when you're really low on life, and get killed. You'll revive with full health. It takes several antibots before I die. I imagine an SCF could go for hours before dying.
