When will I be a big runner, I was up to emp. on my old account. And they were hard hitters... but it is much different now, with a crazy amount of HP...

Any hits for a half no0b?

The only incorrect thing I noticed on there is the Cost per 1 HP. I'm an Emperor and it only costs 12 credits per 1 HP.

I stand corrected. The Cost per 1HP on that guide is for purchasing HP, not healing (which is what I originally thought). There is no apparent flaws with that guide :)
