I have been playing TL like this since early 2000 when I was on 56k and every little bit of removed content helped me load pages faster. I have never accidentally sold my armor with this method.

I would also like to add that we aren't currently nor will we ever be implementing code that would stop users from accidentally selling or dropping their armor or item. This game takes absolutely no skill. You just click through the pages and if the only thing to keep you paying attention is that you could potentially lose a 1.4 billion credit item, then so be it.
