Anti-bot + Item= Fail 4 replies

Hey,
I was training and I found an item when I clicked 'pick up' it went to the anti-bot screen and when I got back onto my account the item was no longer available. I wouldn't have made a post had it been a lottery ticket or something but it was a Microcellular Restorator. Just wondering if there is anything that can be done. Thanks
