The Apprentice Alchemist drops his Potion Stained Robes, which are slightly better than Vestments of Devout Spirit at 45 - 50.
Everything else is shop items according to my knowledge. But I'd really like to know if there's anything better out there. I was trying to see if the Mad Alchemist dropped anything, but its taking soo long. Im spending more time leveling again so I can get more HP and hopefully get a few more kills in per run.
If anyone knows of a better weapon than the Bloodletter, or a better sheild than the Spined Shield I'd appreciate knowing.
