It seems some users haven't noticed a ticket system has been set up to make it easier for users.

I thought it might be useful if there was a direct link from the games themselves and from the main page or in the forums, on the side, under the list of forums.

As for now, i'll repeat how to access it:

Login

Click "Contacts"

Select "Help ticket"

The Ticket System can be accessed in Nations from the main page under:

"Game Manual" => "Submit a Ticket"

Ive noticed that some people wait for a staff member to show up in chat to ask for help... Let me point out that sumbitting a ticket will get your problems dealt with alot faster.
