That is not literal. Secondly, Ebola victims typically die of multiple organ failure. Despite the common idea that Ebola makes you bleed everywhere, that isn't even a common symptom. Vessels do break internally; however, this alone isn't the cause of death.

No head has been cut off. The US basically said f*** going after terrorists, and instead went for Iraq. They're just feeding the current head with their antics. Lots of viruses don't have vaccines. Flu, chicken pox, etc. can't even be fully prevented. Vaccines are something like 60% effective. There's no vaccine for the common cold (lots of viruses there, but they can't even stop half), which is of greater concern to most people than HIV, assuming you have some common sense. HIV is a very complex virus. It's very adept at mutating, and even when it's not mutated, it still has a lot of variation between variants (bad wording, sry).

Uncleanliness gives you TB? It's spread the same as colds, the flu, etc.: coughing and sneezing. True, lots of the world has TB, and most of the world is a dirty sh**hole, but I think another cause can be found: lack of sanitary knowledge. Covering your mouth when you sneeze or cough is probably sufficient to prevent spreading disease. Getting treated would also help; only those with active TB can spread it.
