Hey everyone,

Well I've been playing games on NN off and on for the last 12-13 years or so, I think my old name was like jedimasteryoda or something stupid like that, but oh well. I'm sure shady will remember that lol.

Nowadays I'm in the Navy as a Hull Maintenance Technician and this is a great place to come and play some games to relieve some stress so I decided it was time to come back.

I wanted to ask about the VIP services, what is the point to them? There's nowhere that I've found that explains the benefits to being a VIP and I was hoping to find out.

Anyway if anyone could explain that to me I would be grateful.

There are perks in each game. In Nations, only VIPs can use the market to sell goods. In Terran Legacy a VIP can bind up to two TL accounts to their Netnexus account which allows them to use special / custom weapons.

There are other perks as well, but I haven't been around in a while. I do know that VIPs are the first picked for betas of new games and stuff like that.

There's those ^^, you will have the ability to upload a custom icon so long as it's 32x32 and whatever file size.. You get more charactors to build your homepage.. Your shiney golden Vip tag of course, ads will not appear on the site, and you get to contribute to the sites future progress. =] I'm trying to think if there's more, but for the life of me I can't. Will edit post if anything else comes to mind.

Also it's too bad, I was hoping there would be perks for WaR2, I always liked that game. =P

Ahh, I'm on LHD-8 USS Makin Island.

I've done a lot of work on fixing up WaR2, when I get POM Leave before I deploy I hope to implement them. VIP Perks should be included.

Sounds good. I won't get you into any trouble as to asking whenabout that would be. But I'll be on deployment until early next year, so hopefully it'll be implemented at some point by then haha.

Haha. I dunno if I'll actually stay unfortunately. The player-base here is so low it almost makes the games pointless. =
