I just logged on for the first time in a couple weeks because I was out of town on vacation and there were quite a few tickets piled up.

If you don't receive a response to your ticket within 48 hours please feel free to send me an email letting me know a ticket was submitted and I'll hop on and take care of it.

My email can be found on the Help page where you go to submit the trouble ticket.
