just throwing this out there...if i were attacking a target over and over, dropping 7, id continue for the mere fact that your military would be diminished therefore making you an easier target...regardless of what youre dropping.
so in other words, if you drop 3 and have very poor defenses against my attacks, id continue to rise on you.
