Was cleaning out my bookmarks when I stumbled across this old place. I'm surprised it still exists! I used to tinker around with Nations a bit and I think I can play pretty well.... :) so I'll cut to the chase. I need a clan to teach me what's changed and how to play, and I'll need tech allies. Now that there's 125 turns, I'm pretty sure I won't miss any. And I always research in 4s or 5s too, so don't worry

As for a clan to teach you, join Devils Knights, or Dynasty Clan, either of us can teach you. As for techies, you picked a great time, there are quite a few people floating around needing techies!

I am not quite sure which clan will be the clan for me, but I would probably join the Inner Circle because I remember them from when I was here. I still really need tech partners tho, and it would help me a lot if I could get some tips from somebody about what to research to get higher up.
How could you not remember Dynasty Clan? :P It's ok though, IC has the main people that nearly has always been in it. But if you do need a teaching clan I would still suggest DK or DC :) The choice is always yours!

1. Set Taxes to 15%
2. Dont research weapons/Espionage
3. Get 160 land, disban millitary
4. Dont go overboard with Agi/Ref
5. And you might want like 100 indu 60 medical as a user. With your techies researching you should end up with somthing like 120 indu, 75 medical
But everything is up to the way you wanna play.
