ok this is going to seem sarcastic but it is not. am I not allowed to pose a question the general game populace? for example i didnt feel it was somthing important enough to send in a help ticket for to simply find where the reset button is now just figured somone would answer it eventually. Is that against the rules to make such a judgment call?

Generally any question/concern with the site/account/help should be directed in the forum of a trouble ticket. Really, if someone even messages me a question I'm supposed to point them to the trouble ticket section, but I'll take them in message form myself. :-)
