I was wondering, if a Jinn was playing Nations on my internet and I was playing too but didnt know would I be responsible?

how do you play nations? I have like 125 turns and 100k, should I buy some military off a player in the market then attack them??? help plz

is there an age limit here because I think we sould have a 10 years or older rule keep kids out...

also does this game have an ap?
