Apparently I can't buy the Portable Yamato Gun in Bob's Contraband...If I try I get the message, You smile maniacally as you pick up your new Fist.
I guess the weapon hasn't been impleded into the game yet? I'll just buy the Flak Cannon in the mean time.

Issue still exists, I am also very awesomely rich to encounter such a problem in buying this weapon.
