I thought with the new ranks it would take much longer to reach the higher ones. Not the same time to max out as before...

You're lucky, I sent a couple requests in about 3 or 4 years ago for my accounts. Have yet to even get a response.

The top rank should be 1/4th of the original SCF and have three ranks after the current SCF and the 4th rank is the one I posted above.
