I know it might sounds really strange to the many pros, but I haven't seen this weapon anywhere at all, anyone care to share some info with me?

I don't remember how much it costs, but you get it from Bob's Contraband after successfully Proposing to Erica in the Barracks.
The rate at which she doesn't "kick your groin" is pretty high and just straight away propose 'cause it's the best way. Don't try any of that other crap.
