I have been playing this game on and off for about 10 years on different accounts.
I just restarted playing recently, too bad that this game is almost deserted now. Terran Legacy should be ported to Google Play/Play Store to increase the amount of traffic.
In my opinion, this game has a lot of potential for a mobile app.
