I type in username then password says its not a valid password. I'm supposed to typ ein my tl username and pass there but why the F isn't it working? someone

Check manage TL accounts make sure its correct user name..apparently its possible to not be the same as your netnexus name.

Probably a cookie issue with saving your passwords in the browser since both NetNexus and TL share a cookie and you have the same userid for both. Temporarily changed your password and sent you the new password for TL in your NNMS. Let me know if you need anything else.
