Greetings, netnexus. Heed me for I have crawl back from beyond the grave with a message of great importance.

Actually, no.

I just came back because I remembered a lot of you guys were Diablo fans, and that some was a tad disappointed when Diablo 3 was released. Just the other day (yesterday), I was told of a new game called Path of Exile. And I was also told that it was everything Diablo 3 was supposed to be and more.

So if you're a fan of Diablo 2, disillusioned with Diablo 3, or bored by Torchlight 2, you might want to give this game a try.

It's in Open Beta right now so you just need to make an account and download the client to play. It is completely free.

I watched the trailer. Looks exactly like Diablo3. Except the custom spec thing looks BA, so I'm downloading it now =P

Yeah it seems pretty legit. Only a few levels in, but I really love the point system and the monetary value of scrolls =)

I'm playing a cold witch. Lvl 35 at the moment. Game feels much better than Diablo 3 for sure.
