TO A TECH BATTLE! Whoever has the highest tech between the two of us at the end of the round shall claim victory.

There are only two rules:
1. No attacking eachother
2. No getting eachothers clans to mass the other person

I will personally post it on my clan page that XSquad is NOT to be attacked by any member of mine, I will expect the same.

Perfect. Now if only people take this declaration format seriously in the future for all scale of wars, the game would be played in a much clearer way...
