someone just shelled out $16,000,000 for oil at $20/barrel.
This is a problem. I needed the oil on the market so people can pay me. What am I supposed to do with 17 million in cash?!

Same, there is an easy solution for those kind of problem.
Plus, until 1/2 of the round, i had over 20 millions in bank. So it not a big suprise that some other player might have some big bank account.
also, if someone is a bank, a good and easy way to get rid of the money is to buy big oil and food stock.
Someone who is highly rank doesnt want to get mass because he drop 1.5 million per attack
