Um, no offense, but Junior clans do NOT work. I had the honor of running Inner Circle Beta for almost 2 years, and I must have had maybe 10 members in that whole time. People want to join the main clan. As such, make a deal with Nexus to send us your younger members, so that we can train them.

SK, when Zergy and I originally opened ICB it became huge and wildly successful. So much so that many of the people that "graduated" to the main clan didn't want to go. We also had a new person almost everyday (thanks to Zergy).

You are right that they usually don't work though. What we experienced was an outrageous phenomenon.

I remember when I rank some huge clan with like 30 members. Of course joining was entirely non-voluntary and I think most of them ended up losing their accounts, but I was the best leader ever!

CL, I believe the main reason the phenomena took of was due to the intense marketing schemes we had. Inner Circle was always the place to be, and somehow we made ICB that much MORE fun. That's why I stayed those 2 years in the first place, not just because I was inactive. If I was so inclined, I would have made a clan of my own a long time ago. I just felt that ICB was a home. With the new 125 turn implement, ranking and scoring high seems to be much more of an issue with clans, so I decided to make a clan where it didn't matter if you were low OR high, you were welcome. No clan migrations for Nexus members; you just get to strive knowing that you're raising the clan average.
