It lost key players and the ppl who were running it chose to disband, rather then not dominate the rankings.

True X was disbanded by a core member of SuperAdmins due to a few reasons. Retirement of key players was a big issue, as well as a desire to leave X with a proper legacy. One day, Mod willing, it may come back.

well in other words, because key leaders vowed never to play again it was stated that the fidelity of X's play wouldn't be the same again, so it was shut down pending their return (aka never)
