I realised there is an items option in my character display option..how to get an item and what kind of items are there?

you have to find the items while killing dudes in the wastelands
and the most popular would be to heal HP
there's others that are rare like shield generators which is the best they help you in the mp arena

you can be of any rank to get the shield generator? and is it a permanent thing? or can only be used once den must find again..

can find most ranks except low ranks...
ya find once and use as many times as you want unless you drop it and get another item...

where's that guy with the TL guide thing? or someone post a link for this guy

most of them are permenent except for the lottery tickets and stimpacks (I think they're called mashed potatoes and turkey these days, but it's the same thing)

Just watch out that you don't accidently replace one of your uncommon/rare items, because most of the time the mods won't give it back... If you get one that you wanna keep you might wanna take a screenshot or something just in case
