1. Your health must be full.
2. Withdraw all your money from the bank.
3. As soon as you enter the bar, go directly to "propose to erica".

You will have a 60% chance if you do it this way.

In case you fail, go get yourself killed in the wasteland. After you have been revived, follow the same procedure. It's not a rank dependent but rather by chance.

I've been playing TL for almost 6 years and i always do it this way. Even at the rank of private you can enter the contraband shop.

i mean figure out the percentage, pretty sure it's random and not dependent on your money.

Yeah and I've played TL almost just as long and this is full of bull licoln log . It's random, there's no "trick" to doing it.

I think most people just use the link, because nobody's going to ban an active player from TL for "abusing" a "bug."
