lol... well... the bind is needed to get better weapons so as to get a even playing field. if not non-vips are just being bullied by vip. would appreciate to have one. =)

Vip's can give their binds to whom ever they wish... The only binding that is illeagal is a staff member binding a user due to the fact we do not pay for our Vip functions.
