Declaration of War; Target: Korgrath 16 replies
I Sideo of norse of Evil Empire hereby declare war on Korgrath of Dark Malice of the Inner Circle clan.
The duration of this war shall lead through until the end of the round where there upon the winner shall be proclaimed according to whichever has the highest tech. This rule will stay in effect as long as the war is played out fairly.
