Other peoples turns.. 19 replies
It has come to my attention that not everyone seems to know the proper procedures for REQUESTING that another be allowed to do their turns.
It is very simple:
E-MAIL the mods asking if the other user may do your turns, include the date this user will start and the date you will be doing your own turns again. You may only have another user do your turns for a period of no more than 5 days. If for some reason you are not able to start doing your own turns by the date specified, you're basically screwed. The other user is NOT to continue your turns after the specified date. Wait for a response. If you do not receive a response (though you will), assume that the answer is no, do NOT just allow the other to do your turns.
Some things to remember;
- Include the dates
- Include your username, as well as the username of the person doing your turns
- Change your password before AND after the user does your turns
- Do NOT use nations mail, the forums, or a help ticket to make this request
Failure to follow these procedures will result in denial, regardless of if you then follow the correct procedures, Failure to follow them a second time will result in a warning.

We should keep the link to this thread somewhere as proof is HAS been stated. I'm getting pissed with messages in nations asking of they could get someone to play their turns. The rule is simple and if you dont follow it, too bad for you, you'll lose tech, get a warning and most probably lose your tech alliances.

In a nutshell stop taking it for granted and follow the proper procedures or every email we recieve concerning turns that isn't done correctly down to the last dotted i WILL be denied.

From experience, i sent an email to all the mods, and after a week, i got one reply and i think it was from FBG. The only way i got the mods to see my email, was to actually message them or tell them in the game chat that i had sent them an email. well in that case, i might as well have asked them for approval then.
How do you not dot an "i" in an email?
