I know it's still the start of the new round but I am not too pleased with the 'no techies' system. The game seems that much more dull now to me. What are your immediate feelings toward the new gameplay?
Give it a Bit more of a chance there may well be a little bit more to come on the changes front ;)
You cant make all the changes over night. Since we have all been screaming to have the game fixed for years; now that somebody is making an effort out of their own time, with very little thanks, maybe we should embrase the change and let them have a chance to make this game great.

More turns would solve the slowness of the game.
i love not having too switch techies, or tell em ur not able too paly, etc etc... or yeah it evens it out..

How would adding more turns even it out? All it does is give you a bigger number to type when you do your researches.
i like not having techies. i don't have to worry about upsetting my allies because of what i'm researching and no one can blame anyone but themsleves for their base tech.
Ive found it heaps hard getting my land up at start of round so far without techies agri/ref
The regular turns + techie turns matched a 30 days round perfectly. It allowed to war without ending up out of range.
Regular turns without tech turns slowed the game down over the same 30 days. Goals are reached much later. I like not having techies, its really a good thing. But if we have nothing to compensate the loss of turns, then its just too slow.

No techies is good...wipe it off for good.

To be extremely honest, i'd like to see "tech" turns and "war" turns. For exemple, the turns we were getting from techies could now be war turns (with a cap also!). To maximize our turn use, we'd be forced to attack.

I as I have before, if you have serious ideas for the development for this game then please put them into a help ticket and they will be processed by the mods and put into discussion with the mod team and the admin team.

I am rapidly losing any little interest I had left with the game. The slowed pace along with the decline in interaction(which came from your tech alliances) has stolen it for me. I am very displeased.
Because I know no immediate changes will occur I have decided to go on a hiatus for a while after this round, if not, sooner.

Give it a fricken 2-3 rounds. You should know it took about 6 months for that decision to even get off the ground.
