Its pretty easy Tooks.

1st place gets 50 points
2nd place gets 49 points
3rd place gets 48 points
...
48th place gets 3 points
49th place gets 2 points
50th place gets 1 point

You do that for all of the top 50. After that you break down each user based on which clan they are in. Then you take each persons points and add them with the other clan members to achieve a total clan score. This is how we calculate which clan actually wins the clan rankings.

An easier way to explain it would be..

51 - rank = points

clan rank = sum(clan user points)

Sort clan rank descending
